Flexible and Direct to the Ski AreaFrom the north (Munich, Salzburg):
Take the A8 to Salzburg, then the Tauernautobahn A10 towards Graz/Villach. Take exit 63 (Radstadt/Altenmarkt) and continue on the B99 via Altenmarkt and Radstadt to Obertauern.
From the east (Vienna, Graz):
Either via the A2/S6 to St. Michael, then through the Mur Valley (S36/B97/B99) to Obertauern, or via the A9 to Liezen and continue via the B320/E651 through the Enns Valley to Radstadt and Obertauern, alternatively via the A1 to Salzburg and continue as from the north.
From the south (Udine, Ljubljana, Villach):
Via the A23/E61 to Villach, continue on the A10 towards Salzburg, through the Katschberg tunnel (or over the pass) to St. Michael im Lungau, then on the B99 via Mauterndorf and Tweng to Obertauern.
From the west (Innsbruck, Bischofshofen):
Take the highway to Altenmarkt, then take the B99 for around 24 km to Obertauern.
On site:
In Obertauern, follow the B99 to bridge no. 5, turn off and the Hotel Solaria is located in the second row behind the Hotel Snowwhite.
By Train
Arrive Comfortably and Stress-FreeThe destination station for your arrival by train is Radstadt station. From Radstadt, it’s about 21 km to Obertauern. We recommend pre-booking a taxi company for the station transfer. More information here.
