Our Hotel Solaria is a small, fine hotel with 37 rooms (approx. 70 house guests) in the midst of the Obertauern ski area. With the start of the 2022/23 winter season, the hotel was placed in new hands and is now run by us, Andrea and Christian Dengg. COOK (m/f/d)
Full-time I 5- or 6-day week I Seasonal employment from the end of November 2025
Your tasks…
- Preparation of starters, soups, main courses and desserts as part of half board (no à la carte)
- Preparing breakfast
- Planning and organizing work tasks at the station while adhering to our quality standards
Your skills…
- Completed training as a chef and, ideally, professional experience
- An awareness of cleanliness and hygiene
- Reliability, flexibility, friendliness, and teamwork
- Good knowledge of German

CHEF DE RANG (m/f/d)
Full-time I 5- or 6-day week I Seasonal employment from the end of November 2025
Your tasks…
- Warmly welcoming, serving and saying goodbye to our guests in the restaurant
- Preparing the service, setting the table, replenishing and clearing up
- Ensuring an optimal service process for the station
- Advising our guests on their choice of food and drink
Your skills…
- Completed vocational training in the hotel/restaurant industry is an advantage
- Specialist knowledge of food, drinks and wines
- An awareness of cleanliness and hygiene
- Reliability, flexibility, friendliness, ability to work in a team and a well-groomed appearance
- Good knowledge of German, knowledge of English an advantage

BREAKFAST WAITER (m/f/d)
Part-time I mornings, 25 to 30 h I 5- or 6-day week I Seasonal employment from the end of November 2025
Your tasks…
- Warmly welcoming, serving and saying goodbye to our guests in the restaurant
- Preparing the service, setting the table, replenishing and clearing up
- Replenishing the breakfast buffet and checking the food
- Ensuring cleanliness and order
Your skills…
- Previous experience in the service sector is an advantage, but not a must – career changers are welcome
- An awareness of cleanliness and hygiene
- Early riser mentality – working hours between 07:00 – 12:00
- Reliability, flexibility, friendliness, and a well-groomed appearance
- Good knowledge of German, knowledge of English an advantage
